 o       1-Month    $39.95 per month with conditions:

·        Continuous monthly charging until member says, “STOP.”

·        1st month + last month payments required up front.

·        Member must provide 30 days notice to terminate the membership agreement.

·        The last month payment will be applied at the end of the 30- day period in which notice to terminate is provided.

·        Monthly rate increases to $44.95 per month if payment is not received on due date or if membership lapses.

o     Half Locker (main room)  $6 + tax = $6.53 per month
o     Half Locker (outer area)  $4 + tax = $4.35 per month
